Tourist Boat Capsizes in Vietnam's Halong Bay, Casualties Reported
A tourist boat named the "Wonder Sea" capsized in Vietnam's Halong Bay. The vessel was carrying 48 tourists and 5 crew members at the time of the incident. Local media reported that at least 34 people have died, while 11 others have been rescued. Rescue operations are ongoing.
It is noted that the boat capsized due to adverse weather conditions.
