Putin Signs Decision on Stateless Persons
Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a law that gives stateless individuals the opportunity to sign a contract for military service in the Russian armed forces, reports RIA Novosti.
The document amends the federal law on "Military Duty and Military Service." According to the law, it provides stateless persons with the right to sign a contract for military service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and military formations.
