Regulatory Commission Approves Viva Armenia's Purchase of Ovio
The Regulatory Commission has issued an announcement stating that it has approved the transaction for the sale of 100% shares of the limited liability company "GNC-Alpha" to the closed joint-stock company "Viva Armenia."
"GNC-Alpha" LLC represents the brand "Ovio" in Armenia. A six-month timeframe has been established for the signing of the potential transaction, starting from the date of the Commission's decision becoming effective."
