We Have Two Choices Regarding Russia: Mirzoyan
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, announced that there are issues in Armenian-Russian relations that neither Armenia nor Russia can deny.
"We have two choices: to focus on the differences and steer the course of these differences in a more negative direction, or conversely, to base our relations on common interests, on shared interests, while of course ensuring mutual respect and respecting each other's sovereignty and sovereign decisions to guide our relations positively. We can indefinitely focus on the past; just a moment ago, we discussed certain events from the past. But my belief, and the stance of Armenia, is that we are connected to Russia through strong partnership ties, we have growing economic relations, and strong cultural connections, and we need to develop our relations based on these positive perceptions and achievements," he stated.
