Macron Responds to Putin's Proposal
French President Emmanuel Macron has assessed Russian leader Vladimir Putin's proposal regarding negotiations with Ukraine as a first step, but not sufficient. This was reported by France 24.
"Negotiations do not precede an immediate ceasefire," Macron stated.
At the same time, former U.S. President Donald Trump has claimed that Putin's proposal could mark a significant day for Moscow and Kyiv.
It is important to note that Moscow has offered Kyiv to resume negotiations without conditions.
