Pakistani military officials stated that medium-range "Fateh" missiles were used to target Indian missile depots and the air bases in Pathankot and Udhampur.
According to the Pakistani statement, the Indian missiles targeted the Nur Khan air base in the garrison city of Rawalpindi, the Muri air base in Chakwal, and the Rafiki air base in the Jhan district of eastern Punjab province.
