If elections were to be held this Friday, the Civil Contract Party would win with over 50% of the votes, said Alen Simonyan, the Speaker of the National Assembly, during a conversation with reporters.
He added, “By 2026, these numbers could be even higher.”
In response to a question about the possibility of a coup in Armenia, the NA spokesperson stated, “I do not see any risk of a coup from anyone because I trust the people of Armenia.”
