Forensic Examination Has Not Taken Place – Chakhoyan Still Hospitalized
As you know, due to the criminal acts committed by the mayor of Nor Nork and his accomplices, Arthur Chakhoyan sustained bodily injuries, as a result of which he was hospitalized and is currently receiving inpatient treatment at St. Gregory the Illuminator Medical Center. This was reported by the recently assaulted activist Arthur Chakhoyan's lawyer Vahe Yeprikyan on his Facebook page.
“The investigator previously made a correct decision for a forensic examination of Arthur Chakhoyan; however, this is impossible because, according to the doctors, Mr. Chakhoyan still needs to continue receiving appropriate treatment, and as long as he is not discharged from the hospital, he cannot visit the forensic doctor for examination. I find it necessary to inform you that a visit by the forensic doctor to the hospital to conduct an examination on Mr. Chakhoyan has not been organized either, and as a result of this circumstance, today the defense has submitted a relevant motion,” he wrote.
It is noteworthy that the delay in conducting the examination on Mr. Chakhoyan may negatively affect the establishment of correct conclusions regarding the injuries he sustained, which could be significantly important in providing an appropriate criminal-legal assessment of the actions conducted by the mayor of Nor Nork and his accomplices.
