Azerbaijan Continues to Reject Armenia's Proposals: Mirzoyan
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, during a statement following a meeting with the Brazilian Foreign Minister, addressed the proposals made by Armenia to Azerbaijan, which, according to Mirzoyan, continue to be rejected by the Azerbaijani side.
"We have presented very specific proposals to Azerbaijan regarding the unblocking of regional communications, which, if implemented, could initially enable the launch of railways and also create broad opportunities for the expansion of communications," noted the Foreign Minister.
According to Mirzoyan, the proposals voiced by Armenia have not received positive feedback: "Unfortunately, the proposals have not received a constructive response from Azerbaijan. We still do not have a positive response regarding the proposals related to communications and arms control," said the minister.
