CIA Chief Travels to Moscow on Special Mission: Rubio Details
U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio has announced that the visit of the CIA chief to Moscow was part of ongoing efforts to establish communication channels between U.S. and Russian intelligence agencies.
He emphasized that the U.S. must maintain dialogue with Russia, regardless of any disagreements.
Rubio also mentioned that the U.S. and Ukraine are in discussions regarding the licensing of Patriot production, but he noted that even with U.S. licensing, it will take Ukraine several years to construct Patriot production facilities.
