Ovechuk: Pashinyan's Statement Lacks Connection to Reality

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated that Russian Railways are "toxic for Armenia", but this claim has no connection to reality, according to Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Ovechuk.

"Nikol Vovaevich tells us that the 'Russian Railways' are supposedly toxic for Armenia due to some sanctions, but the 'Russian Railways' carry transit cargo through Russian territory, for example, to Europe, and no one is raising questions about any toxicity or sanctions related to the 'Russian Railways', except for Pashinyan," he told reporters.

Ovechuk also mentioned that Russia continues to ensure the transit of cargo through its territory, including cargo heading to Europe, despite the Armenian Prime Minister's statements regarding sanction risks.
