The Consequences for Iran Will Be Terrible: Trump

Hundreds of attacks carried out by the Houthis originate from and are orchestrated by Iran, U.S. President Donald Trump wrote on his social media page.

“Let nobody be mistaken. Any further attack or retaliation by the Houthis will be met with great force, and there is no guarantee that this force will stop there,” he stated.

According to the U.S. President, Iran is being portrayed as the 'innocent victim' of terrorist bandits, having lost control over the situation. “Every step is dictated, weapons are provided, money and high-tech military equipment, and even, so to speak, 'intelligence' is being supplied. From now on, every shot fired by the Houthis will be regarded as fired by the leadership of Iran and from Iranian weapons. Iran will bear responsibility and the consequences, which will be terrible,” Trump wrote.
