Dismissals at ZPMC
The Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine (ZPMC) has initiated the process of terminating the employment contracts of participants involved in illegal activities and organizing sabotage in production, strictly adhering to the requirements of the Republic of Armenia's labor legislation. This was stated in an announcement by ZPMC.
"Termination orders have been issued for eight employees: Shavarsh Margaryan, Karen Arshakyan, Vahe Mkhtaryan, Gohar Babajanyan, Vahe Babajanyan, Arthur Babajanyan, Karen Andreasian, and Tigran Atayan. The aforementioned individuals are no longer employees of the Company and henceforth have no employment relationship with the Company, while their statements are of a private nature. The Company urges other absent employees to take this opportunity to appear at their workplace today during their shift and fulfill their job responsibilities. Your guarantee of preserving your job at ZPMC depends on your immediate resumption of work. It is in the interests of all employees, their families, and the Company to promptly resume production processes, which also affects the possibility of paying salaries and benefits to employees," the announcement reads.
