Air Defense Systems Ready to Destroy Them: Turkey Warns
The Turkish General Staff has received orders to target Israeli aviation if it supports the banned Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) militants in the country. This was reported by "RIA Novosti," referencing the media outlet "Voice of Turkey."
"Turkey warns that under any circumstances it will not allow support to the PKK/YPG terrorists, which are part of the SDF, from the Israeli Air Force or other entities. In the event of such actions, air defense systems and fighter jets are prepared to destroy them. Corresponding orders have already been communicated to the Turkish Armed Forces' General Staff," stated the media source.
So far, Turkish authorities have not released official statements on this matter.
The Turkish Foreign Ministry condemned Israel's advancements in Syrian territory.
