Current Road Conditions

The Rescue Service reports that there is one closed road in the territory of Armenia. The highway from the 'Amberd' high mountain meteorological station to Lake Kary is closed in the Aragatsotn province.

On the Ashotq-Bavra highway, there are patches of black ice. According to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia's Emergency Management Department and the North Ossetian Crisis Management Center of Russia, the Stepantsminda-Larsi highway is open for all types of vehicles.

Drivers are advised to travel exclusively with winter tires.
