Pashinyan Must Be Accountable for His Statements and Their Consequences, Says Zakharova
Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, stated during a press briefing that she regularly reads the official statements from Yerevan, including those related to the CSTO.
“They announce that the CSTO has left Armenia. Every statement should have meaning, and if the statement is made by the leader of a country, he must be responsible not only for what he says but also for the consequences of those statements. Yerevan officially remains a member of the CSTO and maintains both rights and obligations. We hope our cooperation within the CSTO framework will resume. Wordplay will not lead to anything good,” Zakharova said.
