Lukashenko Says Under What Conditions They Will Fight
There has been no order to fight outside the borders of Belarus, and there will not be one. This was stated by Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko. He said, 'There has been no order to fight outside our country, and there will not be one. We will only fight when those with bad intentions come to us.'
Lukashenko added, 'That is the end of it.'
