Parking Spaces in Yerevan to be Designated by Four Colors

Parking spaces in Yerevan will be designated by different colors based on zoning. The central area 'A' zone will be marked in red, while the larger central 'B' zone will feature blue markings. This decision was made during a meeting of the Government of Armenia.

As for service parking spaces, they will be delineated with white ground markings. "Depending on the characteristics and suitability of the area occupied by service parking spaces, the entire area occupied can be marked with white paint, including white asphalt or other surface types," the decision states.

To accommodate electric vehicle charging, the areas occupied by paid parking spaces will be distinguished with green ground markings. This way, drivers will be able to easily differentiate between service parking spaces, other paid parking areas, and those organized specifically for electric vehicle charging stations.
