Snoop Dogg to be one of the Olympic Flame Torchbearers
American rapper Snoop Dogg will be one of the torchbearers in the Olympic flame relay. He will carry the torch through the streets of Saint-Denis in northern Paris. This was announced by the head of the municipality, Mathieu Hanotin, as reported by france24.com.
On Friday, the torch will also be carried through the streets of Saint-Denis by French actress Laetitia Casta, French rapper MC Solaar, and Ukrainian athlete Sergey Bubka.
It is worth noting that the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games is scheduled for Friday in France.
