Reason for Milan-Yerevan Flight Delay Revealed by Civil Aviation
The Wizzair airline's delayed Milan-Yerevan flight has now arrived. It is scheduled to land in Yerevan at 14:00 local time, after which the Yerevan-Milan flight will take off about an hour later. This was reported today, June 19, by the Civil Aviation Committee of Armenia.
“The reason for the flight delay was a change of aircraft; however, we do not yet have information on what necessitated this change,” officials from civil aviation stated.
It is worth noting that earlier reports indicated that passengers on the Wizzair Milan-Yerevan flight spent nearly 12 hours at the airport and were unable to return to Armenia. One of the passengers, Gohar Hakobyan, shared a video about their experience on her Facebook page.
