My presence in public or on the street is incomprehensible to me and is unacceptable for many, I am sure. This was stated by Bishop Bagrat during a discussion titled 'The Processes of Border Delimitation and the Signing of a Peace Agreement, the Issue of Artsakh.'

'But it has been a cry, a shout, a call to not stop on that road and to show in some way that the change in our lives is not only possible or impossible, but necessary. Nothing will happen by sitting in square rooms; those who live with a sense of homeland and state have no right to live elevated lives. Their place is in the streets and the squares. I have not been and will not be accommodating, and I am confident that our movement will reach its destination,' he said.

Bishop Bagrat emphasized that the movement is not just about a change of government. 'This is about a civilizational and values change, a change of life, a national liberation, and a spiritual uplift. These words have been erased from our lives now. When I say that this is a struggle of expectations, people start to analyze and provide philosophical treatises. Yes, it is about expectations, not about chairs and money,' the Bishop noted.

Speaking about the events that took place on June 12, when the police used special measures against protesters, Bishop Bagrat said, 'On June 12, the authorities and their leader showed that they are ready for anything, and the entire law enforcement system is engaged in justifying all of this. Considering this, we decided to reformulate the logic of our movement, about which you will know in the coming days.'
