VIDEO: We Have Been Talking About Constitutional Reforms for Years. Galyan on Hajiyev's Statement
The Minister of Justice, Surbhi Galyan, has commented on the statement made by Hikmet Hajiyev, assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, regarding the lack of obstacles to signing a peace agreement after constitutional changes in Armenia.
"I cannot comment on the words of the person you mentioned because I do not know what lies behind his statement. We have said that we are drafting a constitutional project and wish to have a new constitution, but whether we will have a new constitution will be determined by the people of the Republic of Armenia," said Galyan.
