Several Employees of Armenian Military Commissariats Prepare to Submit Resignation Requests
According to information from the 'Zhoghovurd' newspaper, several employees from various military commissariats in Armenia are preparing to submit their resignation requests. The reason is that they are undertaking the arduous task of organizing training gatherings under a severely overloaded schedule. With the summer draft set to begin, the already intense situation is expected to become even more challenging.
Reportedly, civil servants are performing these duties for a monthly salary of 108,000 AMD. They are 'on the run from 9 AM to 6 PM, and there has been no revision of their salaries.' This situation is occurring at a time when the minimum consumer basket in the country has significantly increased, making it virtually impossible for military commissariat employees to sustain their livelihoods under these conditions.
'Zhoghovurd' newspaper reached out to the Ministry of Defense regarding these issues, but the ministry did not provide any comments on our information.
