"A protocol event took place. Clarifications were made regarding the protocol, after which entry was permitted," said the spokesperson.
It is noteworthy that on May 28, at the Sardarapat memorial complex, a large number of police forces obstructed the entry of the Supreme Patriarch and the clergy. However, breaking through the police barrier, the Supreme Patriarch was able to reach the memorial, raising a prayer to God.
