Egypt Urges Israel to Open All Crossings at Gaza Border
The Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry has urged Israel to open all border crossings to the Gaza Strip to facilitate the delivery of humanitarian aid to the enclave’s population, EFE reports.
He reminded that the flow of humanitarian aid through the Rafah crossing on the Egyptian border has been forced to stop due to Israeli operations in the area. Currently, aid delivered by sea is not reaching the enclave, according to Shoukry.
He added that the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip remains "one of the most tragic of our times."
