Armenian Ministry of Defense Updates on Condition of Contracted Soldier Wounded
The life of the contracted soldier who was wounded yesterday is not currently in danger. This information was shared with the media by the Ministry of Defense of Armenia.
"The contracted soldier sustained injuries under non-combat circumstances, which according to preliminary data, are not related to the performance of his official duties. His life is not in danger at this time, and he is under the supervision of the hospital medical staff," the Ministry stated.
It is worth reminding that earlier, media reports indicated that the soldier was injured due to an explosion, resulting in the amputation of his legs.
