«The Road to Stepanakert is Now Closed» - French Ambassador to Armenia
The French Ambassador to Armenia, Olivier Decottignies, made a post on his X page, reminding of the right of Artsakh Armenians to return to their homeland.
“The road to Stepanakert is now closed. 100,000 Armenians from Nagorno-Karabakh have been forced to leave their homes after 9 months of blockades and Azerbaijan's brutal attacks. Their right to return, recognized by the International Court of Justice, is being violated today,” wrote the ambassador.
