Kuleba Appeals to Ukrainians Who Left the Country
Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has appealed to Ukrainians who left Ukraine during the large-scale Russian invasion in an interview with The Irish Times, urging them to "consider returning home."
“We respect each person’s individual choice, but we also call on all Ukrainians who left the country since the beginning of the invasion to consider the option of returning home,” Kuleba stated.
He noted that some people “may not have such a choice” due to health or other personal issues. However, those who do have the option can return and contribute to Ukraine’s fight and survival through their direct personal involvement, the minister added.
