Macron: Azerbaijan Must Ensure Quick Return for Those Who Left Artsakh
During a joint press conference with Prime Minister Pashinyan in Paris, French President Emmanuel Macron called on Azerbaijan to implement the International Court of Justice's decision from November 17, 2023. He stated, “According to this decision, Azerbaijan must ensure that individuals who left Nagorno-Karabakh can return swiftly and without obstacles if they wish to do so. We want the South Caucasus to be a region of peace, agreement, and integration. It is essential that communication routes serve as factors of integration and not division,” Macron emphasized.
