‘We Will Not Agree to Any Deal at Any Cost’ – Netanyahu
“I want to make it clear about our policy. The main objective, first and foremost, is the elimination of Hamas,” said Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the beginning of the weekly government meeting in Tel Aviv.
Netanyahu emphasized that Israel will not end the war until it achieves all its goals: “The elimination of Hamas, the return of all our hostages, and ensuring that the Gaza Strip will never pose a threat to Israel again.”
Speaking about a potential hostage deal, Netanyahu stated, “We will not agree to any deal at any cost.” He noted that media reports about an agreement regarding the release of a large number of Palestinians do not correspond to reality.
