Head of Russian House in Armenia Appeals to Prosecutor General
The head of the Russian House in Armenia has appealed to the Prosecutor General regarding the desecration of the Leningrad Children’s Memorial in Yerevan. Vadim Fefilov emphasized that inciting ethnic hatred and calls for violence based on the events of World War II are unacceptable, and those responsible for the incident must be held accountable.
It is noteworthy that on January 27, a citizen named Samvel Shirinyan contemptuously tore and trampled upon ribbons symbolizing the Russian flag, toppled wreaths, and posted a video with offensive comments towards Russia on the TikTok social network.
