New Prime Minister Appointed in Artsakh by Samvel Shahramanyan
Political reshuffles continue within the executive body of Artsakh. According to the information provided by the daily newspaper "Zhoghovurd," Samvel Shahramanyan, the President of Artsakh, has recently appointed a new Prime Minister, former Minister of Urban Development Aram Sargsyan.
Previously, the position of Prime Minister was held by Arthur Harutyunyan, the nephew of former Artsakh President Araik Harutyunyan, who is currently being held illegally by Azerbaijan. According to our sources in Artsakh, Arthur Harutyunyan submitted his resignation voluntarily. He was appointed to this position last September.
