I Propose to Remove 2 Points for Every Violation: Arsen Torosyan

I propose to remove points in case of violations regarding the light transmission of vehicle windows. This was stated by Arsen Torosyan, a member of the ‘Civil Contract’ party, on his Facebook page.

“In the near future, I will present a proposal (either separately or as part of other amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses), to remove points in addition to the monetary fines for violations of the light transmission of vehicle windows, which is currently not foreseen. I will propose to remove 2 points for each violation,” wrote the MP.
