Any method will be used, as otherwise they must admit that this project has collapsed for them: Zakharova

The U.S. will do everything to keep the topic of supporting the Kyiv regime at the forefront next year, utilizing any method possible. This was stated by Maria Zakharova, official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, during a broadcast on the Kommersant FM radio station. The information is relayed by RIA Novosti.

"They will do everything to keep this topic alive throughout 2024. It turns out that they are extracting money from their taxpayers, and they will do it. If it doesn’t work out, they will encourage the Kyiv regime to resort to horrific, including terrorist actions, in order to demonstrate activity in this direction," she said, responding to a question about whether the U.S. will continue funding Ukraine next year.

According to Zakharova, representatives of the U.S. Democratic Party will not be able to refuse to support Kyiv during the presidential campaign in 2024. "Any method will be used, any method, and there will certainly be a major informational-political show, because otherwise they would have to admit that this project has collapsed for them, and for the Democrats, for those who are currently entering the electoral phase, this is akin to death," she added.

Zakharova emphasized that the White House is not concerned with the actual fate of Ukraine and Ukrainians.
