VIDEO: Lavrov to Mirzoyan, "Is your ambassador in Vienna independent, or does he work without instructions?"
As previously reported, during the Ministerial Council of OSCE member states held in Skopje, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan met with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
Footage from the meeting has been released, in which the Russian diplomat jokingly asked Mirzoyan, "Is your ambassador in Vienna independent, or does he work without instructions?".
It should be noted that Mirzoyan is participating in the 30th Ministerial Council of the OSCE in Skopje.
