Israel's Defense Minister: We Are Not Interested in Escalating Tensions at the Lebanese Border
Israel's Defense Minister Yoav Galant has stated that the country is focused on operations around the Gaza Strip and is not interested in escalating tensions along the border with Lebanon, although the military is prepared for any scenario. According to TASS, he made these remarks during a press conference on October 26.
Galant emphasized that Israel is engaged in a war against Hamas in the southern region but is ready for any developments in the north.
