VIDEO: Empty Streets, Few People. The Red Cross Releases Footage from Artsakh
The International Committee of the Red Cross has released footage recorded in Nagorno-Karabakh, showcasing the ongoing humanitarian efforts in the region.
The recordings were made between October 10 and 13. The video reveals how Red Cross team members are visiting localities in search of remaining individuals to address their humanitarian needs.
During the search efforts, four individuals expressed a desire to leave the area, while others indicated their intention to stay. They were provided with food and other essential supplies. Red Cross staff also offered their phones to help connect these individuals with their relatives.
Furthermore, it has been reported that the Red Cross is working to locate missing persons in the region.
