A Strong Document, Yet with Some Shortcomings: Beglaryan on the Resolution Adopted by the PACE
The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe has adopted a report, resolution, and recommendations regarding the humanitarian situation in Nagorno-Karabakh. Former Artsakh Minister Artak Beglaryan wrote about this on his microblog.
He also added, “It is a strong document, but it has certain shortcomings, including the lack of specific sanctions against Azerbaijan and the suspension of Azerbaijan’s membership.”
