Trump: 'Israeli Prime Minister Was Not Prepared Enough for Attack'
Former U.S. President Donald Trump stated that 'Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was not adequately prepared for the attack by the Palestinian Hamas movement.' Trump expressed this opinion during an interview with Fox News.
'Neither he (Netanyahu) nor Israel were ready. If I were still President of the United States, they wouldn’t even have had to prepare at all,' Trump said.
Trump also criticized the actions of Israeli intelligence services, noting that 'thousands of people knew what was happening,' yet they were unable to prevent the escalation of the situation.
Recall that on the morning of October 7, Israel was subjected to an unprecedented rocket attack from the Gaza Strip. The Israeli army's press service reported that extremists fired more than 3,000 rockets. Additionally, dozens of terrorists infiltrated border areas in the south of Israel.
