No President Has the Right to Dissolve a Republic Formed by a Referendum: Artak Beglaryan
The decree by the president to dissolve the Republic of Artsakh is illegal and unjust. This was stated by the former State Minister of Artsakh, Artak Beglaryan.
He emphasized that no president has the right to dissolve a republic formed by a referendum of the people.
"The decree was signed under the pressure of Azerbaijan's brutal aggression and threats of force," he stated.
