Russian Ministry of Defense on the Situation in Artsakh

The Russian Ministry of Defense reports that since 12:00 today, Russian peacekeepers have recorded numerous violations of the ceasefire regime along the entire contact line from the Azerbaijani side.

Evacuations of the civilian population from the most dangerous areas of Nagorno-Karabakh have been organized, as well as the provision of medical assistance to those affected.

The command of the Russian peacekeepers calls on the conflicting parties in the region to immediately cease fire, de-escalate, and continue negotiations.
