Azerbaijan Reports on Principles for Distributing Russian Aid Packages
The Ministry of Social Development and Migration of Artsakh reports that the first essential food supplies delivered to Artsakh through the Russian Red Cross will be distributed in the coming days according to the following criteria:
- Families of deceased servicemen with underage children.
- Families with disabled children.
- Families with five or more underage children.
Details regarding the distribution of aid will be communicated later.
Today, Russian peacekeepers released a video showing the unloading process of 15 tons of humanitarian cargo, transported yesterday by the Russian Red Cross to Stepanakert.
Earlier, it was reported that 1000 food packages containing essential items had been delivered to Artsakh. Each package includes 0.9L of sunflower oil, 1kg of sugar, 2kg of wheat flour, 500g of pasta (3 pieces), 1kg of buckwheat, 1kg of cornstarch, 1kg of white flour, 0.5kg of oatmeal, and 5 cans of stew. The total weight of one package is 11.4 kg. Additionally, 192 children's packages have also been delivered to Artsakh.
