Accident in Yerevan: Cars Collide, Resulting in One Fatality and Injuries

A serious traffic accident occurred near the newly constructed neighborhood of "Sargsashen" in Yerevan, resulting in one death and two injuries. The information was reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs' rescue service.

The Crisis Management National Center received an alert about the accident at 13:35. A firefighting unit from the Ministry of Internal Affairs' rescue service in Yerevan was dispatched to the scene.

Investigations revealed that vehicles involved in the collision included an "Opel" (driver: K. A.) and a "BMW" (driver: H. A.). The driver of the "Opel" was pronounced dead at the scene.

Before the arrival of the rescuers, one passenger from each of the vehicles was hospitalized. The rescuers disconnected the vehicles from the power source and secured the area.
