Disney Cancels Series About Atatürk, Will Not Screen on Big Screen
Disney Plus has decided not to air the series 'Atatürk.' This has been reported by Turkish media outlets. It is noted that the series cost 8 million dollars to produce and was filmed by Disney itself.
Earlier, the company had announced that the six-part series was set to be released on October 29 of this year. Now, the series, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Turkey, will be transformed into a theatrical film and will be shown starting November 3, but only in Turkish cinemas.
It is worth mentioning that previously, the Armenian National Committee of America (ANCA) urged Disney to cancel the screening of the series about the military criminal.
