Britain Must Urgently Raise the Issue in the UN Security Council: David Alton
British politician and member of the House of Lords, Lord David Alton, has shared the concerns of the International Committee of the Red Cross regarding the blockade of the Lachin corridor. Lord Alton deems it necessary for the issue of the blockade of the Lachin corridor to be discussed in the UN Security Council.
“The International Committee of the Red Cross expresses concern about the fact that humanitarian aid is not reaching the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh. Britain must urgently raise this issue in the UN Security Council,” he wrote on his Twitter microblog.
