EU Observer Mission to Remain in Kornidzor Until Issue is Resolved
Nineteen trucks loaded with humanitarian aid have been at the border area of Kornidzor since yesterday. The EU civilian observer mission is also present on-site. This was stated by a reporter during a live broadcast.
The head of the EU mission mentioned that the mission will be present at the border area of Kornidzor on a 24/7 basis and will continue to remain there until the issue is resolved in any manner.
It is noteworthy that yesterday, 361 tons of humanitarian aid were sent to Artsakh using 19 trucks; however, the Azerbaijani side has not yet allowed the trucks to pass through the illegally established checkpoint at the Lachin corridor, which is crucial for delivering humanitarian supplies to the Armenian population that has been under blockade for 228 days.
