Members of Robert Kocharian's Family Summoned to Prosecutor's Office

All adult members of former Armenian President Robert Kocharian's family have been summoned to the Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia. The relevant notifications have been published on the website of the Ministry of Justice of Armenia, azdarar.am.

Specifically, Robert Kocharian and his wife Bella Kocharian, their eldest son Sedrak Kocharian and his wife Zarouhi Badalyan, their youngest son Levon Kocharian and his wife Siranush Kocharian, as well as their daughter Gayane Kocharian and her husband Vigen Chatinyan have been invited to the prosecutor's office.

“In accordance with Articles 16 and 17 of the Law on the Confiscation of Property of Illegal Origin, I hereby inform you that studies are being conducted regarding the property belonging to Robert Sedrak Kocharian and Sedrak Robert Kocharian at the Department of Confiscation of Property of Illegal Origin of the Prosecutor General's Office, with reports drafted as a result, based on which the property registered in your name is subject to confiscation,” the notifications sent to all of them state.

It should be noted that all members of the Kocharian family have been summoned to the prosecutor's office on August 1 at 14:30.
