VIDEO: Russia Will Respond; Putin on the Terrorist Attack on the Crimea Bridge

Russian President Vladimir Putin has announced that the Russian Federation will respond to Ukraine for the terrorist attack that occurred on the Crimea bridge.

“The latest act of terrorism by the Kyiv regime was a senseless and brutal crime. The bridge has not been used for military transport for a long time,” said Putin.

He indicated that the Russian Ministry of Defense is preparing proposals.

“There will, of course, be a response from Russia. The Ministry of Defense is preparing appropriate proposals,” he stated.

The Russian president noted that he expects specific proposals to enhance the security level of the Crimea bridge, considering that today’s incident was already the second terrorist attack on a strategically important facility.

Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin mentioned that two-way traffic on one side of the bridge could start on September 15, while the other side may commence in November.
