Azerbaijan Violates Convention Obligations by Not Fulfilling Commitments, Marukyan Says
Armenia's Special Envoy Edmon Marukyan has addressed Azerbaijan's failure to meet its commitments.
“By not fulfilling its obligations, Azerbaijan violates its convention commitments and undermines the fundamental principles of human rights and the rule of law of the Council of Europe,” Marukyan wrote on his Twitter microblog.
