Fruits and Vegetables Sold at Significantly Higher Prices in Artsakh: Statement

The public organization "Association for the Development of Greenhouse Farms in Artsakh" has issued a statement strongly condemning the sale of fruits and vegetables by agricultural producers at prices that are significantly higher than the established rates.

According to Artsakhpress, the organization noted that such dishonest behavior by these producers not only tarnishes the reputation of an extremely labor-intensive sector, vital for food security, but also exhibits a regrettable attitude towards fellow citizens by taking advantage of the current situation.

The statement further emphasizes that the "Association for the Development of Greenhouse Farms in Artsakh" finds it necessary to tighten supervision, imposing measures of accountability on agricultural enterprises as well.
